DO GOOD

*Proverbs 3:27 AMPC* Withhold not good from those to whom it is due [its rightful ], when it is in the power of your hand to do it. [Rom. 13:7; Gal. 6:10.]

You can be good to someone either in words or in deed. When you converse with others, are your words good or people dread talking to you. What type of deeds are you best known for: the good or the bad ones? No one is perfect that's true but the Bible is encouraging us not to withhold good when it is in our power to do so.

How many times did you withhold good from someone simply because you don't like them? How many times have you done so?

When you are in a position to do good to someone, do it irregardless of the way you relate with them ie whether you friends or not. Be known for doing good to others. Even if they aren't helpful to you in return, do good anyway! "It was never between you and them; it's between you and God."

PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father thank you for your Word. Forgive me for the times I have withhold good from others. Mould my heart to accommodate others, love them and do good even when it seems hard. In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN!
