WAITING FOR YOUR BOAZ

To all my single sisters: As you are waiting for your Boaz, don't just wait without doing anything with your life. Chase after your dreams. Advance your education. Pursue your passion. Learn new skills. Embark on a project or start a small business and allow it to grow with time. Most importantly, minister in the house of God. Marriage is not an achievement but self-development is. When Boaz found Ruth, she wasn't just idle but she was busy helping her mother-in-law by gathering food for them. When the Abraham's servant went to look for a wife for Isaac, he didn't find her basking in the sun but he found her at the well drawing water.

God knows that you want to get married. He already knows the man who is going to marry you because God has it all planned out. Nothing ever takes God by surprise. So seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things (including marriage) shall be added unto you.

At the right time, God is going to make your Boaz locate you. No need to act out for boys to fall in love with you, no need to beg a man to stay with you, no need to chase after a guy but wait for your man to locate you. A man was created to pursue a woman not the other way round and that's why the Bible says that *he* who finds a wife does a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. The Bible also says that *a man* shall leave his mother and father and be joined to his wife. I have never seen a verse in the Bible that talks about a woman finding a man.

So let's be patient and wait on God. When we bless ourselves with a man expect trouble ahead but when we wait on God to bless us with a man, we are guaranteed without a doubt that He will bless us with a man who will love us as much as Christ loved the church and who will treat us like the Princesses that we are. We are daughters of a King so we are royalty.

Many atimes when things go wrong in our relationships/ marriages, we start crying out to God and asking Him to solve those problems but question is: *did you consult Him for His opinion before getting into that relationship/marriage?* Whatever starts with God, God orders it's steps all the way but whatever we start on our own then we are on our own all the way.

Your Boaz is coming when God's timing is ripe. Be patient and wait on Him.
